MCIX Mobile Application

We developed the MCIX Mobile Application for staff of MFIs especially loan officers to easily search the data by using a smartphone. Users use most of their working hours out of the office and they use desktops mostly. Carrying a laptop or desktop everywhere they go is an unworkable case and in rural areas, computers and electricity shortage is the main problem for users. Because of it, they could not use the MCIX portal smoothly. Therefore, we developed the MCIX mobile app for MFIs' staff to reduce the pain point of the users. If users have only smartphones with an internet connection, they can use MCIX very easily at anytime and anywhere regardless of the laptop and power shortage.

MCIX Mobile Application allows users to check the credit reports such as active loan information and write-off information by searching the NRC. The updated announcements and histories can be checked in a mobile app. It supports the Notification feature which supports loan information such as write-off loans and overlap loans, and the Lock App feature which helps the users easily login into the app next time without logging out of the app.
